Divine Healing Revival Renewal
Divine healing is a promise of God Almighty found in holy Scripture throughout the Bible (Psalm 103:3). God told the children of Israel through Moses, “I am the God that heals you” (Exodus 15:26). Jesus cast out demon spirits with His Word and healed ALL that were sick (Matthew 8:16). Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). If there are any sick among us, the Bible teaches us to pray over them and anoint them with oil for healing, as the prayer of faith shall save the sick and if any sins have been committed they shall be forgiven (James 5:14-15). Jesus called His disciples to be with him, preach the good news, heal the sick and cast out demons in His Name (Mark 3:14-15; Mark 16:15-20; Luke 10:1-21).
The book of Acts exists because Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to live and dwell in His people to do GREATER WORKS (John 14:12) after He ascended following His crucifixion and returned to sit at the right hand of God the Father in heaven (Mark 16:19). Teaching the Word of God is not enough. We must do and teach (Acts 1:1) to fully follow in the footsteps and example of Jesus. The gospel must been heard and seen (Acts 8:5-8), the latter being demonstrated with supernatural power to silence the skeptics and critics (Hebrews 2:4; 1Corinthians 2:4-5; 4:20).
