Supernatural Power – Purity and Flow
“Let all things be done decently and in order” (1Corinthians 14:40). “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy,” but the emphasis of all spiritual gifts is to exalt and worship God (Revelation 19:10) the Giver of the gifts (Luke 11:13) not the vessel through whom the gifts flow (1Corinthians 1:29-31). Pride, self-exaltation, vanity and self-promotion short-circuit the flow, disrupt the focus and quench the fire of the supernatural. Nevertheless, God is smarter than the donkeys He rides upon and moves through to reach humanity (2Corinthians 4:5). Check your motives. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God (Matthew 5:8).
