Public Health – Nonsmokers Rights – Weed
Like most smokers and vapers, users of marijuana (cannabis, weed, CBD, whatever you want to call it) commonly could care less if others are having to smell and inhale their toxic fumes and substances nearby. Yet nonsmokers and health conscious people (particular families and children) have rights also. Vapers and smokers of cannabis, weed, designer drugs, tobacco, nicotine and every other foul toxic substance under the sun destroying human health have no right to destroy and pollute the air we all share. Therefore it is time to declare war on weed until these dope smokers, vapers and users RESPECT the air we all share and use their toxic substances privately (away from humanity) in the privacy of their own homes so the rest of us don’t have to choke and gag under the air pollution they are causing.
CNN recently reported the marijuana (CBD oil) being vaped today is 300% more toxic and potent than previous generations; so much so users themselves are running to hospital emergency rooms with cyclical vomiting due to the dangerous toxicity of the substances they are often unknowingly using and abusing. A Colorado Children’s Hospital toxicologist has been battling this epidemic of substance abuse in a state where marijuana is legal, but just because a substance is legal does not mean it is not potentially harmful to users, children and people in the state.

It’s time to stand up for nonsmokers rights, public health and declare a war on weed until users of these toxic substances take them indoors away from the rest of humanity not wanting to inhale their toxicity.
